1. Agreement

By accessing our website or enrolling in classes, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Enrollment and payment

• Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of payment.
• Prices are listed in USD and include materials unless otherwise specified.
• Taxes and processing fees may apply where required by law.

3. Cancellations and refunds

• Student cancellations 7+ days before the first session: full refund.
• Within 7 days: 50% credit toward future classes.
• No-shows or cancellations after the class begins: non-refundable.
• If we cancel a class, you receive a full refund or credit at your choice.

4. Safety

Students agree to follow instructor directions and safety guidelines, including dust control, tool handling, and kiln rules. If you have medical conditions, consult your provider regarding studio activities.

5. Conduct

We maintain a respectful environment. Harassment, discrimination, or unsafe behavior is not tolerated and may result in removal without refund.

6. Intellectual property

Course materials and website content are owned by Warmwood Clay Studio or used with permission. You may not reproduce materials without consent.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to amounts you paid for the relevant class.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted with a new effective date.
